Well, as you can see, I’ve redesigned the website. The old layout was horrid. Hopefully, the new layout will work better. That said, expect broken links for the next few days, while I finish up the templates and fill in the content. Note that I’ve changed the URL structure for the site. All your old links should still work. Let me know if any don’t. And if you are an IE user (why?), I apologize: I don’t have the ability to test the site in IE 7, and I know it looks horrid in IE 6 (and I don’t care).
As for the compiler itself, refactoring of the Plan is more than half finished. As part of that effort, I’ve completely rewritten the precedence system, to eliminate a bunch of old bugs. I’m now working on the state-table generation code, and hope to finish it up early this week. If so, it’s down to the interpreter and code generation systems.
I’ll admit to being disappointed that I wasn’t able to release the system by the end of February, but such is life (and the cost of having a paying job). Still, unless I get hit by a truck, or something, it will be out the door this month.
Until next time . . . .
